I can not rate this because I have never turned this item ON before I return it. I connected it to my Samsung monitor but I do not get any signal. I tried to cope with this problem by communicating with the seller but the seller seemed neither to be interested in solving the problem nor to have enough knowledge on the product that he/she sells.
